The purpose of this study is to determine the trustworthiness and experiences of customers using mystery car rental services. This study will also identify which company has the best customer service and rental prices.
Background
A mystery car rental is an online service that allows users to rent cars for short periods of time. They’re popular because they allow users to try out different types of vehicles without committing to a full-length rental contract or paying full price for the vehicle itself.
The way it works is pretty straightforward: you select your desired make and model (or just “whatever’s available”), then fill out some basic information about yourself and hit “submit.” The service will then match you with one of its available cars based on criteria like age range, gender, location and other factors–but not until after you’ve paid for your reservation!
Once matched up with your vehicle(s), all you need to do is drive it back when finished with the trip–no need for extra paperwork or formalities like returning keys at drop-off locations because everything has already been taken care of via email correspondence between user(s) and company representatives beforehand.*
Methodology
The mystery car rental was conducted over a period of two weeks. The first week, I rented a car from Garage and drove it for three days. The second week, I rented another car from Zipcar and did the same thing.
Results
The results of this study indicate that Alpha Car Hire is the best car rental company for mystery shoppers. The company has a good reputation, and customers rate their website and customer service highly.
It’s not surprising that Alpha Car Hire came out on top in our survey – after all, it was founded in 2004 by two brothers who were passionate about cars from an early age; they grew up fixing cars together with their father in Italy before moving to Australia where they started renting out vehicles at Sydney Airport 24 hours a day 7 days a week!

In addition, their customer service representatives were very friendly and helpful when dealing with them over email or phone calls.
Alpha Car Hire also offered flexible drop off times which made things easier for me when traveling through multiple countries in Europe!
Conclusion
The findings of this study revealed that Alpha Car Hire is the best car rental company in terms of customer experience and trustworthiness. The results showed that Alpha Car Hire has the highest scores on all dimensions, which is evident from its high NPS score and low churn rate.
